   OK, so at first listen, I wasn’t really feeling this. After 5 years of Sho-Down’s beats, this is the first track where I was said, “what the hell?”

   Nothing in the track was gelling for me. It was as if nothing fit properly in terms of the melodies and drum pattern. I broke this beat down in my head, structure-wise, and still didn’t get it. I even thought of buying a lease just to hear the individual parts in hopes of figuring out what Sho was trying to accomplish.

   After purposely not listening to this beat all day, I played it again tonight. Suddenly, it just clicked. The drums are perfect for the guitar melody and the strings/synths compliment the overall track very well. The subtle organ adds feeling and foundation. I see where Sho was taking this. Someone with a crazy lyrical flow could murder this beat.

   He dropped something totally unique on us that separates itself completely from the rest of the catalog. If you’re a fellow producer, take note.

   Big props for trying something new and not being afraid to release it. You gave a long-time fan/listener a challenge and it was much appreciated. 8/10
