Delivery Information
All licensed beats will be delivered in high quality (44100-16bit-Stereo) .wav format instantly via a download page and e-mail immediately after your purchase. Any vocal tags over the beat are removed in the .wav file. If purchasing optional Track Separation please allow up to 24 hours for delivery by e-mail.
Using Beats Without Licensing
Please read our Download Policy first to avoid any legal liabilities. Beats downloaded from RockItPro.com are in lower quality MP3 format, contain vocals tags, and are limited to non-profit use. To get clear, professional WAV file quality without any vocal tags and to use the beat for profitable use, please purchase a license.
Basic License - $24.99
Purchasing a non-exclusive basic license allows you to record a song over the licensed beat and grants you the following rights with your recorded song:
- Sell up to two thousand (2,000) copies of your song through cd sales, internet downloads, and other mediums.
- Radio broadcast rights for radio play of your song on one (1) radio station.
- One (1) video synchronization with your song or the beat (1,000 distributed copies and $1,000 profit allowed).
- Performance rights for up to two thousand ($2,000) personal profit from live shows, concerts, performances, etc.
- Unlimited non-commercial, non-profit use and non-profit performance rights.
- All vocal tags are removed from the licensed beat.
- Pay NO royalties! You keep all your profit.
Premium License - $54.99
Purchasing a non-exclusive premium license allows you to record a song over the licensed beat and grants you the following rights with your recorded song:
- Sell up to ten thousand (10,000) copies of your song through cd sales, internet downloads, and other mediums.
- Radio broadcast rights for radio play of your song on six (6) radio stations.
- Three (3) video synchronizations with your song or the beat (5,000 distributed copies and $2,000 profit allowed).
- Performance rights for up to ten thousand ($10,000) personal profit from live shows, concerts, performances, etc.
- Unlimited non-commercial, non-profit use and non-profit performance rights.
- All vocal tags are removed from the licensed beat.
- Pay NO royalties! You keep all your profit.
Synchronization License - $99.99
Purchasing a non-exclusive Synchronization License entitles you to the following synch rights:
- Unlimited distribution, earnings, and display in one (1) video medium such as a television show, television commercial, website (ie: Youtube Partner program), movie, or video game using the beat itself as the soundtrack/background music.

Purchasing an exclusive license grants you the following rights:
- Sell unlimited copies of your product through unlimited mediums.
- Unlimited radio broadcast rights.
- Unlimited video synchronizations with your song.
- Unlimited for-profit and non-profit performance rights.

- Tracked out, high quality .wav files are included for free.
- Beat will no longer be sold or offered for download.

How do I buy a beat?
Click the Buy A License button next to the beat you want to purchase and on the following page you will see the purchasing options for the beat. Select your purchasing options for the beat and click the ‘Add Item(s) To Cart’ button and the items will be added to your shopping cart. On the following page (your shopping cart) you can continue shopping for more beats or check out with PayPal and make your payment. Once you click on the ‘Check out With PayPal’ button you will be taken to PayPal’s secure payment page where you can input your Credit Card information or log in to your PayPal account to pay for your order. After you verify your order with PayPal you will be brought back to our website’s shopping cart to submit your order and download your beat(s).
Note: A PayPal account is not required for credit card purchases.
What if I don’t have a Credit Card or a PayPal account?
You can mail in your payment by using the Mail Order Form. Acceptable mail payments: Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Western Union ($200+ orders only).
What if someone buys Exclusive Rights to a beat I already licensed?
Your license contract remains intact even after Exclusive Rights are sold to someone else later on, as long as your license was purchased beforehand.
Does my license ever run out or expire?
No. There are no time limits or time restrictions on our licenses. Once you license a beat, you own a license to that beat for life.
