i don't think u understand, that's his beat now he's payed good money to legally own it, so no1 else can use that beat now without his permission!

i kno its been sold but if u read the DL policy you can still use it TECHNICALLY!…obviously the person who bought knows TONS of ppl already have it…and have used it…so long as ure not selln the song u made and just posted it on ure myspace/soundclick ETC…for free dl, theres nothin illegal about that…kuz the dood taht bought isnt gonna waste his time findin all the ppl who DLED the beat and sayin i own it now, u cant use it lol

and the people who previously have downloaded for free could still pass it on..like to me(cuz i need it bad)…as long as they know they are not alllowed to sell it
