after a beat is sold is it still available for free download? and if not, if you've downloaded the beat before it was sold is it illegal to make a demo song with it??

It depends if it was sold exclusivly then it is removed form the site n you can't download it no more about still using I'm not sure

Once a beat is sold Exclusively the beat is removed from the website and not available for downloading or licensing any longer.

If you downloaded the beat before it was sold then you can still use it for small, non-profitable purposes. Just be sure to follow the guidelines on the Download Policy page: http://www.rockitpro.com/downloadpolicy/
